Easy Pie Crust

Easy Pie Crust

2/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour

Blend ingredients gently with fork. Divide in half then roll out each half between sheets of saran wrap. Remove the top sheet of saran wrap. Put empty pie pan upside down on dough and pick up the pie pan with the pie crust in it. Remove other sheet of saran wrap.
