Red Beans and rice

Red beans and rice
2 cups kidney beans, dry
2 quarts water
1 lb sausage
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
2 tsp minced fresh garlic
2 tsp salt
shot of tabasco sauce
hot cooked rice

Soak beans overnight. Boil beans in water until they get tender. Saute onion, celery, and garlic until soft. Slice sausage or brown if using ground sausage. Add to beans. Add salt and tabasco.
Cook another 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
